Article 1 – Company Identification
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all sales made by Ilm Collections, the trade name for the sole proprietorship NTD, registered under SIRET number 92990877000019, with its registered office at 17B Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, 69150 Décines, France.

Article 2 – Products and Services
Ilm Collections sells educational board games, card games, books, and calendars, as well as any other product offered on the website. Each product comes with a description detailing its essential characteristics, price, and delivery conditions. Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limits of available stock.
Article 3 – Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise specified. Ilm Collections reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Orders
Orders are placed on the website www.ilmcollections.com by adding desired items to the cart. An order is considered validated once payment has been made. A confirmation is sent to the customer by e-mail. Ilm Collections reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an outstanding dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
Article 5 – Payment Methods
Orders are paid for by credit card via the secure payment platform Shopify Payments, or by any other payment method available on the website. Full payment is required at the time of order.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times vary according to destination. Ilm Collections undertakes to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to third parties (particularly carriers).
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
The customer notifies their decision by e-mail to contact@ilmcollections.com. The product must be returned, at the customer's expense, in its original condition and packaging. Ilm Collections undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Article 8 – Responsibilities
Ilm Collections cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product. It is the customer's responsibility to check the suitability of the product for their needs.
Ilm Collections undertakes to describe the products sold with the greatest accuracy. However, in the event of an error or omission in the description of a product, its liability cannot be engaged.
Ilm Collections cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond its control (strikes, natural disasters, carrier failures, etc.).
Article 9 – Personal Data
Ilm Collections protects its customers' personal data. The information collected during an order is necessary for its commercial management.
