Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

Available destinations and delivery services depend on your address and order contents. Free standard delivery is available from €50 of products after discounts for eligible destinations and services. For other currencies, the equivalent threshold is calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy.

When will my pre-order arrive?

The estimated dispatch period is shown on the product page. We send a tracking email when it ships. Mixed orders may ship together once all items are available.

Can I return a product?

You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of cancellation. See the instructions and model form in our return policy.
