DATA WE COLLECT

We may collect the information you provide when placing an order, creating an account or contacting us, including your identity, billing and delivery addresses, email address, message content and purchase information. We also collect technical data needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, device type, connection logs and cookies.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

We use your data to process, prepare, deliver and track orders, manage returns and customer service, prevent fraud, secure the website, comply with accounting and legal obligations and, where required and with your consent, send marketing communications. PAYMENT

Ilm Collections does not store full payment-card details. Payments are processed by the providers offered at checkout under their own privacy and security policies.

Data is available only to people and providers who need it, including Shopify for hosting and ecommerce, payment providers, carriers and logistics partners, messaging, review, analytics and fraud-prevention services. We do not sell personal data.

RETENTION

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and legal obligations. Order and accounting records may be kept for up to ten years. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn or, at the latest, three years after the last active contact, subject to applicable legal duties.
