Changing your mind

You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. If items from the same order arrive separately, this period starts when the last item arrives. Discounted products carry the same rights.

Email info@ilmcollections.com with your name, order number and the items concerned. You may use the model below or any clear cancellation statement. Commercial approval is not required to exercise this right.

Returning items

Send the items back within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for the appropriate logistics return address to avoid sending them to the wrong warehouse. Unless an item is faulty or we made an error, you pay the direct return costs; a free return label is not automatically provided.

Pack the items securely with their accessories. Original packaging is recommended but is not an absolute condition of your cancellation right. You may inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics and operation. A deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond this inspection.

Refunds

We refund your original payment method within 14 days after your cancellation notice. We may wait until we receive the items or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. If you cancel the whole order, the original standard delivery cost is refunded; any extra charge for a more expensive delivery option is not. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.

Faults, errors or damage

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, with photos if possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this cancellation policy. Costs resulting from our error or a faulty product are covered as required by law.
